SHIPPING POLICIES
Once you place your order, you will have 30 minutes to cancel it. 

If that time elapses, your order CANNOT be canceled, all sale is FINAL, no refund will be made.
After placing your order, you must wait between two to three weeks to receive it. 
Once your order is packed you will receive an email confirming it and informing you of the tracking number.

 

Shipping:

Yahdai Natural Soap sends most of the Priority Mail Padded flat rate orders, or Delivery if it is PR, if your order is small the weight is evaluated and the shipping is adjusted at the time of packing, the refund is made if there is any difference. Due to the situation of Covid-19 there are delays in the mail, our orders take 7 to 14 days to be sent, once the shipping confirmation is sent and your order leaves, we are NOT responsible for the delay it may have. All packages are sent with a tracking number to know where your package is. If your order is made through UPS or Delivery you must verify that your address is physical and NOT postal.

    RETURN POLICY:
    As part of our COVID-19 response, we will not allow returns.

        • Yahdai Natural Soap is NOT responsible for the following situations; Packages marked as "DELIVERED" or "DELIVERED" on the USPS website and were sent to the address indicated by the client on our website. Packages lost in the mail, without tracking updates. (These packages may travel for several weeks and arrive at their destination much later than anticipated or be returned to Yahdai Natural Soap. Packages that appear delivered and / or lost or stolen. If the package was returned to YNS by wrong address, you need to pay shipping again.

          CLAIMS:
          
          If your package is sent via Priotity Mail, you have insurance in case it is lost or destroyed:
          Contact Yahdai Natural Soap immediately. 
          We can assist you and help you file your claim.
          You have between 15 and 60 days to file a claim with the USPS.
          If the stipulated time passes, you will not be able to make the claim. Lost merchandise is NOT guaranteed to be replaced as our products are limited in quantity. If your order is lost and approved by USPS insurance, you will receive a full refund of your lost order. If you receive your order in poor condition, please save the package.             PICKUP OR PICKUP:
            
            If you wish to pick up your order, once your order is ready for pickup an email will be sent to you. 
            From that date you have 7 days to pick up, if you do not do it in that term, or communicate, you will be responsible for paying shipping. You must verify your order before leaving the workshop.
            The pick-up time is Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm,
            if you cannot pass in that time, you must select shipping.
            We DO NOT deliver to 3rd people outside of the pick-up days and hours.
